HAA were appointed by B and Q / Kingfisher / Castorama to fit out two B1(c), B8 units on the IO Business Park in Fareham, Hampshire. The units were leased from commercial Landlords on a long term FRI Lease. Prior to the building works commencing HAA carried out full Schedules of Dilapidation. The fit outs created a Data Centre and central computer storage facility for the entire business. There was a high element of mechanical and electrical servicing including raised floors, gas suppression, leak detection and full BMS controlled systems.  Building control compliance was a challenge with the additional burden of The Hampshire Fire Act to deal with. Security was provided by state of the art CCTV, Iris recognition entry and specialist perimeter fencing.
