This project included the restoration, refurbishment and extension of a detached post war family house close to the centre of Beaconsfield.
Our clients have an interest in Art Deco furniture and furnishings and the brief to HAA was to flood the house with natural light and provide plenty of hanging and shelf space.
A lofty south facing open plan kitchen / dining area was created on the garden side overlooking new landscaped areas and a swimming pool complete with bespoke banquet seating.
Central to the house was a new reading and library area just off the cosy dining area. A new purposed made gym was included in the designs as well as his and her study areas.
The build was not without its challenges as a Swallow Hole was found early on in the build in the ground which meant importing reinforced steel cages and ground beams and concrete.
