The new house has been constructed in a traditional Chiltern brick and flint style and blending effortlessly into its glorious setting providing enviable views over the surrounding fields.

A full basement houses the plant room, workshop, walk in climate controlled wine room and cinema room. The heating and hot water system is via a ground source heat pump.  The project has been listed for inclusion in The Chiltern Design Awards.
