HAA were appointed by private clients to carry out the redevelopment of this lovely site tucked down a private road just outside Beaconsfield. Originally occupied by a small bungalow originating from the 1980’s the site was ripe for development. HAA designed a beautiful family dwelling of some 5000ft2 arranged over 3 floors. Traditional in design and construction techniques the property now enjoys a light and modern interior with a feature staircase. Services were renewable, modern and efficient.
