HAA are particularly pleased with this project as it was successfully completed during lockdown. This was due to the determination and resolve of the clients, contractors and suppliers. The project was a team effort and a joy to work on. JD Construction completed the re-rendering works to the original house. An inappropriate sand cement render was carefully removed and the cracks in the original structure repaired using hi tech epoxy. The walls were re rendered in Lime which is flexible and will breathe. The side extension and structural works were carried out carefully and diligently by Westview Homes and translated into a sympathetic addition fusing modern and traditional designs to provide a very pleasing result. The site is located in a sensitive location position being in the heart of the Conservation Area opposite St John The Baptist Church in Cookham Dean. The site is also located in a Green Belt village. The kitchen was designed, supplied and fitted by Poggenpohl in Marlow.
