The owners approached HAA to transform the existing dated property to suit the needs of modern family living. Situated in the green belt, any extensions had to be carefully considered in order to align with the local authority’s planning policy.  By building a planning case around potential permitted development rights, a substantial two storey extension was granted permission. The proposals provided an open plan Kitchen, Dining, Family Room accommodation and generous size Bedrooms. Within the existing area, a double height space hallway was formed providing a stunning first impression to guests. Externally the extension was sympathetically elevated to match the style and rhythm of the existing house.
