HAA were appointed to completely refurbish, remodel and extend this Grade 2 Listed cottage in the heart of a river side village in Devon for clients living in Bath. A cat slide roof was added and the plan flipped to provide new living accommodation on the first floor, with bedrooms and bathrooms located on the ground floor. Modern and traditional materials and construction techniques were used to transform the property into a lovely second home. We worked closely with conservation office Richard Guage at South Hams District Council. The property is located in the AONB.
