HAA were appointed to extend this Victorian Villa in one of Henley’s most sought after roads .  The property was extended on the lower ground floor to the rear with a very contemporary extension. The structure was complex and detailed with the steel frame being exposed to create an industrial feel. The services were completely renewed together with a new kitchen, bathrooms and a new modern staircase.
