HAA were appointed by private Investors who had purchased the Yew Tree pub from bank receivers with a view to developing the site, paying down bank debt and providing a community facility for the village of Frieth. Working with stakeholders, local Councillors, individuals and the local MP, planning permission was granted after 12 months for the construction of 3 high quality brick and flint cottages on redundant land to the rear. Further community improvements were planned and promoted throughout the village.
