Kate joined Heighway Associates in 2001 when the practice was based in Maidenhead.

Having previously worked full time in the Contract Catering Industry, Kate put her administration and organisational skills to good use to help Jonathan with his rapidly growing business. This was supposed to be a temporary stop gap but 2 children and 22 years later she’s still here!

Over the years Kate has supported Jono with various personal and professional projects and continues to assist her colleagues and our clients wherever needed.

Outside of work, Kate loves nothing more than a music festival and watching live bands. Having travelled extensively in SE Asia, New Zealand, Australia in her late teens, Kate would love to pick this up again, once the children have flown the nest!
