We have undertaken data centres, offices, factories, school extensions, nursing homes, veterinary clinics, Doctor’s surgeries, the reordering of churches, community projects, several sports clubs and residential developments up to 20 units. Our current core business is domestic new build houses and extensions for individual clients.
Aside from our core area of activity we have worked in South Wales, Portsmouth, Hamburg and Madrid. We have strong links to London and South Devon where we have carried out numerous projects over the years. We will always travel for the right project.
Since Covid keeping things ‘local’ means being efficient with time, clients and our robust network of supporting consultants, suppliers and contractors. We have an excellent relationship with the local planning and building control departments. Our success is second to none. Let’s discuss.

Three decades. Countless stories.
Jonathan Heighway started HAA in 1996. Initially working from home in Maidenhead as a one-man band, and built it into a medium sized practice, located in central Marlow today.
Our practice has driven the successful completion of numerous private residential and business projects. Schemes typically range in value from £75,000 to £4,000,000 build cost.
