• Furniture Layouts that maximize space, flow, and functionality to support your day-to-day living.

• Electrical and Lighting plans that integrate seamlessly with the design, ensuring every outlet, switch, and fixture is exactly where you need it. Using layered lighting that ensures task and mood lighting highlight the features of each room.

• Sourcing decorative lighting such as pendants, floor lamps, table lamps and wall lighting.

• Producing an internal specification document for Tender that captures all the choices you will need for your building project. Materials and Fixtures are selected to ensure consistency in tone, durability, and quality.

• Interior shopping –  helping you make decisions by joining you at kitchen, bathroom, tile and flooring showrooms.

• Paint colour service – choosing from designer and trade paints making sure colours flow throughout the entire home.

• Designs for bespoke joinery for kitchens, wardrobes, storage and custom elements and liaising with joiners to achieve great style and quality.

• Design ideas for window treatments – curtains, blinds or shutters, how they will be fitted and if they will be manual or automated.
