Working closely with our long-term clients, Maidenhead Industrial Estates Ltd & commercial agents Lambert Smith Hampton, we designed a bespoke steel frame and brick-clad building. This replaced an old asbestos corrugated cement sheet clad factory that had reached the end of its life.

Whilst arguably more expensive than the run-of-the-mill composite panel clad building, our clients wanted a building that would ‘last’ and stand the test of time.

This 20,000 ft² B1/B8 Facility now comprises 8 No units arranged in a rectangular formation, providing flexible accommodation. The accommodation was converted into a Data Centre.
