The Dutch Cottage is located on the edge of Penn to the north of Beaconsfield. The property sits right at the back of the site which meant we could only consider extending to the sides and front. In addition, mature trees were a material consideration.

The property was extended to the West with a more traditional style and to the East with something much more contemporary featuring a Zinc roof and blacked timber cladding.
