In addition to providing architectural services, we can also act as project managers to assist you with obtaining quotations and arrange appointments of Third-Party consultants, as required.

Even a modest construction project may involve input from several consultants throughout Work Stages 1 to 5, for example:
Heritage and Planning Consultants, Tree Consultants, Ecology Consultants and Bat Surveyors, Structural Engineers, M&E Building Services Consultants, Specialist PV and Renewable Energy Consultants, Lighting Designers, Landscape Designers, Interior Designers and Kitchen Designers.
We can also obtain supplier quotations for certain elements of the design, such as kitchens, windows, bathroom sanitaryware before tender to create a baseline for expected ‘big ticket’ costs.
All these activities need to be coordinated, and we will draw up a pre-construction programme to establish a timeline for your project. Once a contract is agreed, the main contractor will draft a construction programme for the works. As Architects and Project managers, we can act as a single point of contact throughout the project life cycle.
