Triboges House

This 3D model of the existing building and the proposed two-storey side and single storey rear extension was built at the early concept design stages to test massing and physical impact on the neighbouring properties in this Conservation Area, which resulted in redesign of the height of the extension, and reduction of the rear extension to reduce impact on the privacy of neighbouring properties. This model views were developed and proposed at planning stage to illustrate the negligible impact, and planning consent was granted.

The model also tested the sun path and solar gain to the large rear sliding doors and glazed gable, ensuing improvements of the roof design.

Internally, the model was fully developed to illustrate the flow between existing and new living spaces to our clients, and different finishes trialled and visualized to aid design decisions.
